The Story
There is a small road in Turkey that leads to a village most people will never hear of. On that road there is a bread shop with no sign. The smell finds you first. Nobody could agree on what to call it — so the village just started calling it Balina Ekmek. Whale Bread. And that was that.
I spent years learning that bread. Now I bake it here, every morning, one loaf at a time.
